Coaching Features & Benefits
Research suggests that one-on-one coaching improves student achievement. Our coaching can directly affect self-worth, school value, parental relationships and academic achievement. To build a Future World our approach brings to light hobbies, interests, careers, future education, future industry trends, regional economies and places to live. Career Interest Survey. Our surveys offer insight into a student’s motivations, interests, knowledge, skills and abilities.
Career Competencies. Used across industries, competencies are a set of related knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform.
Inside the University. A university is a vast resource that includes research centers, custom degrees and brand name professors.
Inside the Federal Government. Federal agencies offer high school and college internships that range from international politics to space science research.

Once we have a clear picture of a student’s future, we synthesis disjointed pieces of information into a world that exists on the Web. It is a world where students explore their professional futures. Each Future World offers these features and benefits.
Social Media Application. Accessed from any browser, a Future World is a student-centric way to explore focused career topics with individuals equally interested in these areas. Building upon our foundational work, students continually add people to their network and new career-oriented content.
Private Social Network. The social networking features of each Future World contribute greatly to extending career-related friendships and interests. Imagine leveraging the collective intelligence of college advisors, industry professionals and like-minded friends to grow your Future World.
Social Networking Tools. Each Future World has a student blog, page comments, individual profile pages, user friending, profile page posts, profile activities, social comments, email notifications and a full directory of social network members.
Multimedia Career Plan. What do I like to learn? Where will I live? What kind of college is best? What kind of job will I like? All of our research lives in a Future World and offers a dynamically integrated way to visualize a student’s future.
World View Maps. We design a unique set of maps that visualize the relationships between a student’s interests, career aspirations and education.
Career Geo Data. Nothing brings geography to life better than google maps and google earth. We integrate these applications to add another dimension to Future Worlds.
New Modes of Communication. One of the key technical skills in the coming years will be about producing media. Learning to communicate with industry professionals early in one’s career is critical, allowing dialogue a student may not otherwise have.
New Learning Platform. When a student learns using digital media it is often more self-directed, offering freedom and autonomy that isn’t possible in a classroom. Inside of their Future World, they are in control, with the freedom to manage their learning.
